Basic Cleanings (Prices are based off a 1-time cleaning)
Basic cleanings include the following; Cleaning of Living/Dining room, Kitchen, Bathroom(s), Bedroom(s). The exterior of all appliances will be cleaned. (inside of microwave will also be cleaned). Window sills will be dusted, All floors will be swept, mopped, and vacuumed.
1 bedroom
$135 (Estimate Only)
This price includes 1 Bathroom. Any additional bathrooms will include an additional $15 fee.
2 bedrooms
$185 (Estimate Only)
This price includes 2 Bathrooms. Any additional bathrooms will include an additional $15 fee.
3 bedrooms
$230 (Estimate Only)
This price includes 2 Bathrooms. Any additional bathrooms will include an additional $15 fee.
4+ bedrooms
$275+ (Estimate Only)
This price includes 3 Bathrooms. Any additional bathrooms will include an additional $15 fee.
The above prices are estimates. A walk-thru/assessment is MANDATORY prior to cleaning.

Move-in/move-out cleanings
Basic Cleaning package is included. All cabinets and drawers wil be cleaned out. Ceiling fans will be cleaned (as long as they ar reachable with 2-step ladder), Inside of refrigerator and freezer will be cleaned, Stove (interior) will be wiped clean. Windows (interior) will be cleaned. Baseboards will be dusted, Blinds will also be wiped down.

This price includes 1 Bathroom. Any additional bathrooms will include an additional $25 fee.
2 bedrooms
$225 (Estimate Only)
This price includes 2 Bathrooms. Any additional bathrooms will include an additional $25 fee.

Basic and move-in/move-out package along with washing of all walls, ceilings fans, and baseboards. interior and exterior of all appliances will be deep cleaned. all floors will be washed and grout will be cleaned. Ceiling fans and light fixtures will be cleaned.

This price includes 1 Bathroom. Any additional bathrooms will include an additional $35 fee.

$500+ (Estimate Only)
This price includes 2 Bathrooms. Any additional bathrooms will include an additional $35 fee.

Both fridge and freezer will be thoroughly cleaned out. All expired food will be discarded.
Stove/Oven Cleaning

Both top of the stove and oven will be deep cleaned. (Interior and exterior)Grates, burners, drip pans. oven racks, and knobs.
Bathroom cleaning (full)
$30+ (Estimate Only)
Full cleaning of bathroom that consists of cleaning mirrors, shower/tub, sink, and toilet. sweeping and mopping included.
Bathroom cleaning (1/2)
$20+ (Estimate Only)
Full cleaning of bathroom that consists of cleaning mirrors, sink, and toilet. sweeping and mopping included.
